Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Presales role based in Mumbai. The Senior Presales professional will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, creating presentations, conducting product demonstrations, and developing solutions that address client needs. They will collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure successful delivery and implementation of recommended solutions. Additionally, the role will involve guiding customers with consultative expertise, answering technical and product-related inquiries, and supporting pre-sales activities to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess customer needs and develop suitable solutions
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas clearly
- Experience in Consulting to effectively guide and advise customers
- Expertise in Presales and a proven ability to support the sales cycle effectively
- Exceptional Customer Service skills for building positive client relationships
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, technical, and client teams
- Proven experience in pre-sales or solutions consulting; prior experience in the technology industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
