Role Description The Senior Presales role at House Construct is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. This role focuses on engaging prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and translating those needs into tailored construction solutions and proposals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client meetings, preparing and presenting detailed proposals and cost estimates, collaborating with design and project teams to align technical solutions, and responding to inquiries with accurate and timely information. The Senior Presales professional will support the sales cycle by creating compelling presentations, participating in site visits, and providing consultative guidance to clients to help them make informed decisions. The role also involves maintaining presales documentation, tracking opportunities, and contributing to continuous improvement of presales processes and tools.
Qualifications
- Strong Presales and Consulting skills with the ability to translate client needs into clear, practical solutions.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage expectations, and handle client interactions professionally.
- Robust Analytical Skills to interpret requirements, develop accurate cost estimates, and assess project feasibility.
- Experience in construction, real estate, or related industries, with familiarity in residential or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in preparing proposals, presentations, and supporting documentation using common office and presentation tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a senior presales, business development, or client-facing technical role is strongly preferred.
