Job details:
Salary: ₹12–18 LPA depending on experience
Location: Remote (India-based)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hrs/week. Team is Asia-based; core overlap 8 AM – 5 PM GMT+4.
Company:
MAU Brands is a Direct-to-Consumer eCommerce company operating since 2016 across Home & Kitchen, Office, Outdoor, and Stationery. We sell on Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, and Shopify, with a large multi-brand portfolio and a global, fully remote team spanning Asia, Europe, and North America. We launch new products constantly — the ability to ramp on unfamiliar products quickly is essential.
The Role:
We're hiring a senior PPC operator to own Amazon advertising strategy across a multi-brand portfolio (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display). You will own strategy, budget allocation, and performance outcomes, and set the standard for how we run paid across marketplaces. Experience in Home & Kitchen, Kids & Toys is a plus.
What You Will Do:
- Portfolio strategy: Build and defend advertising strategy across multiple brands and lifecycle stages (launch, scale, harvest), allocating budget to where it's most incremental
- Full-funnel campaign architecture: Design SP/SB/SD campaign structures from scratch across US and Mexico, including research/harvest separation, placement and dayparting strategy, and defensive vs. offensive targeting.
- Profitability ownership: Manage ACOS, TACoS, and contribution margin as a system. You own the P&L impact of ad spend, and ad-console metrics
- Diagnosis & optimization: Read ad performance and distinguish CVR problems from CPC problems to act accordingly. Drive keyword harvesting, negation, and bid strategy from search-term data.
- Scale through process: Build repeatable systems and SOPs so campaign quality holds as the portfolio grows. Use bulk operations and rule-based bidding where they add leverage.
- Cross-functional leadership: Coordinate with regional team members and mentor junior PPC staff; raise the bar on how the team works.
- Stay current on Amazon ad ecosystem changes and adjust strategy proactively.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Amazon PPC, with clear ownership of strategy and budget
- Strong financial and analytical background; fluent in unit economics and comfortable defending spend decisions in profit terms.
- Managed meaningful monthly ad budgets and can speak specifically to the strategy and mechanics behind your results (campaign structure, bidding logic)
- Advanced Helium10 / Jungle Scout proficiency.
- Prior consumer-goods experience (Home & Kitchen, Office, or similar) strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related field preferred; coursework in analytics, performance marketing, or mathematics is a plus.
