Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior PowerApps Developer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform development. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise applications and automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 technologies.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in application development, workflow automation, integrations, troubleshooting, and platform governance.
Key Responsibilities
Application Development
- Design and develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps
- Develop responsive and user-friendly business applications
- Build and customize Dataverse tables, forms, and views
- Develop reusable components and custom connectors
- Implement validation logic and business rules
Workflow & Automation
- Create and manage Power Automate cloud flows
- Develop approval workflows and automated business processes
- Support unattended and attended automation scenarios
- Optimize workflows for performance and reliability
Integration & APIs
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 and third-party systems
- Work with REST APIs and custom connectors
- Develop integrations with:
- Microsoft Power Apps
- Microsoft Power Automate
- Microsoft Dataverse
- SharePoint
- Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Support email-based and API-driven automation solutions
Support & Troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot application and workflow issues
- Monitor automation failures and resolve incidents
- Perform bug fixing and enhancements
- Support deployment and release activities
Security & Governance
- Implement role-based access control (RBAC)
- Follow Power Platform governance and DLP policies
- Support environment management and deployment standards
- Ensure compliance with security best practices
Documentation & Collaboration
- Prepare technical documentation and SOPs
- Participate in requirement gathering and technical discussions
- Coordinate with business users, infrastructure, and security teams
- Support knowledge transfer activities
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Power Platform development experience
- Strong expertise in Power Apps Canvas Apps
- Experience with Model-Driven Apps and Dataverse
- Strong Power Automate development experience
- Experience with REST APIs and integrations
- Knowledge of Power Fx expressions
- Experience with SharePoint Online integration
- Understanding of JSON, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Azure services and authentication
- Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API
- Experience in ITSM or workflow automation projects
- Understanding of ALM and deployment processes
- Experience with service accounts and API authentication

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant Power Platform experience

- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
