Senior Power Platform Developer
Location: Chennai / Pune / Bangalore / Hyderabad (Work From Office)

We are looking for an experienced
Senior Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, and Power BI, along with hands-on experience integrating Microsoft solutions with enterprise applications through APIs and Azure services.
The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, solution architects, functional consultants, and development teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing digital transformation solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Development
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using:
- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)
- Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows)
- Dataverse
- Power Pages
- AI Builder (Preferred)
- Microsoft Copilot
- Build reusable components, custom connectors, and solution accelerators.
- Develop responsive, scalable, and user-friendly applications following Microsoft best practices.
Integration & Customization
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with:
- Dynamics 365
- Microsoft 365
- Azure Services
- SQL Server
- SharePoint
- REST APIs
- SOAP APIs
- Develop custom APIs and Azure Functions where required.
- Configure and consume custom connectors.
Development & Engineering
- Develop plugins and custom workflow activities using C# and .NET.
- Create JavaScript customizations for Model-Driven Apps.
- Implement PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) controls.
- Write efficient Power Fx formulas.
- Build scalable automation workflows with robust exception handling.
DevOps & Application Lifecycle Management
- Implement ALM using Managed and Unmanaged Solutions.
- Work with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage deployments across Development, Testing, UAT, and Production environments.
- Perform code reviews and maintain coding standards.
Governance & Security
- Configure security roles and permission models.
- Implement governance strategies and environment management.
- Ensure compliance with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
- Optimize licensing and platform governance.
Performance Optimization
- Troubleshoot production issues.
- Optimize Power Apps and Power Automate performance.
- Monitor platform health, usage analytics, and flow execution efficiency.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Gather business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation and solution design documents.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployments.

- Experience with enterprise security, governance, and application lifecycle management.
Preferred
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204)
- Experience working with enterprise digital transformation projects.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
