Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior/Lead Power Platform Developer to spearhead our enterprise low-code/no-code initiatives. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical consulting, hands-on architectural development, and platform administration. You will be responsible for designing enterprise-grade solutions, establishing platform governance, and mentoring cross-functional teams to automate complex business processes and deploy intelligent AI assistants.
Duties:
Perform various duties as an administrator of Digital Collaboration tools within Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Viva Suite, and Microsoft Forms.
Create, maintain, and improve automated solutions within our product which improve customer self-help, enforce governance policies, and overall lifecycle management of content within a large organization.
Act as a technical liaison between the customer and various internal teams to help identify the best path for successful outcomes. This includes tool selection in the digitalization, automation, and AI space along with ensuring security and best practices are applied.
Provide internal customer support for questions or issues related to development in Microsoft Power Platform and collaboration tools such as SharePoint Online, Viva Engage and Microsoft Teams.
Identify patterns and opportunities to help reduce friction in the adoption and utilization of Citizen Development tools, reduce the need for support ticket creation, and improve customer satisfaction and efficiency.
Collaborate with world-wide cross-functional teams to solve business and technical needs.

Required:
- 8 or more years of experience developing reliable and innovative solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools - Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, CoPilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents), Dataverse, Power Pages, and AI Builder.
- A solid understanding of the Microsoft 365 suite of applications and integrations along with 8 or more years of experience as an administrator of SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
- 8 or more years of experience working in Microsoft Entra (Formerly Azure), as well as creating infrastructure and code solutions in Azure such as Automation Accounts, Function Apps, and Logic Apps integrated with pro and low code solutions.
- 8 or more years of experience building scripts and functions in languages such as PowerShell, C#, JavaScript, and Python within the Azure space, with a solid understanding of modern authentication principals and best-practices.
- 2 or more years of experience using and integrating Generative AI in technical solutions.

- General knowledge in the following areas:
- Creating insightful dashboards using Power BI
- Ability to create custom agents using Copilot Studio
- Creating and maintaining relational databases using tools like Microsoft SQL
- Microsoft Graph API
- SharePoint REST API
- Working with Data Lakes such as Databricks
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside of the box
- Strong ability to coach both technical and non-technical users leveraging your technical skills.
