Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled
Senior Power BI, Power Automate & Azure DevOps Specialist to drive implementation, optimization, and support of analytics and workflow automation solutions.
The role focuses on
Azure DevOps (ADO) workflow configuration,
Power Automate workflows, and
Power BI dashboards with advanced DAX analytics to enable effective project governance and executive reporting.
Key Responsibilities Azure DevOps (ADO) Configuration & Customization - Configure and customize Azure DevOps work item types (WITs)
- Manage role-based access, permissions, and privileges
- Build and maintain:
- ADO queries
- Dashboards
- Reporting views
- Support PMO reporting and executive visibility
Power BI – Reporting & Dashboard Development
- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards
- Understand and maintain existing data flows and reports
- Enhance dashboards while ensuring data accuracy and consistency
- Deliver executive-level insights and KPI reporting
Power Automate – Workflow Automation
- Design, build, and deploy Power Automate workflows
- Develop notification systems and SLA escalation alerts
- Modify and optimize existing automation workflows
DAX Development & Data Modeling - Develop advanced DAX calculations, including:
- Time intelligence metrics
- SLA aging
- Business-day calculations
- State duration tracking
- Build KPI-driven analytical models
- Implement optimized data models (Star Schema)
Required Experience & Qualifications - 6+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence
- 3+ years of experience in:
- Azure DevOps configuration & workflow management
- Power Automate development
- Power BI dashboard development using DAX
