We are looking for an experienced Power BI & Microsoft Fabric Developer to join our data engineering and analytics team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and developing data pipelines, semantic models, and interactive dashboards using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. The role involves working closely with data engineers, architects, and business analysts to build scalable, governed, and insight-driven BI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

   •   Design, build, and maintain data ingestion and transformation pipelines in Microsoft Fabric.

   •   Develop and manage Fabric Lakehouses, Dataflows, and Semantic Models for analytics and reporting.

   •   Create and publish Power BI dashboards with strong data modeling, DAX, and visualization standards.

   •   Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and workspace access controls for secure reporting.

   •   Ensure metadata, lineage, and data quality governance within Fabric environments.

   •   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business KPIs and translate them into analytical solutions.

   •   Optimize Power BI datasets and reports for performance and scalability.

   •   Participate in UAT, documentation, and deployment of BI deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience

   •   4–8 years of proven experience in Power BI development (data modeling, DAX, visualization, performance tuning).

   •   Hands-on experience in Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Pipelines, Dataflows, OneLake).

   •   Strong SQL skills and understanding of data warehousing concepts.

   •   Experience implementing data governance, metadata, and lineage tracking in Fabric or similar platforms.

   •   Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or Data Gateway configurations.

   •   Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have

   •   Exposure to AI/CoPilot integration or predictive analytics using Power BI or Fabric ML.

   •   Experience with DevOps pipelines and CI/CD for Power BI deployments.

  •   Knowledge of data quality frameworks and validation mechanisms.
