Job Title: Senior Power BI Lead

Role Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Power BI Developer with strong expertise in data visualization, data modelling, and business intelligence solutions. The candidate will design, develop, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views
- Use SQL window functions such as RANK, DENSE_RANK, ROW_NUMBER for analytical reporting
- Design and implement efficient data models (Star & Snowflake schema) in Power BI
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Desktop & Service
- Perform data transformation and cleansing using Power Query (M Language)
- Write advanced DAX queries including CALCULATE, FILTER, and time intelligence functions
- Manage and maintain relationships between tables using Power BI data modeling techniques
- Implement multiple filters and conditional logic in DAX
- Optimize report performance using indexing and query tuning techniques
- Implement Object Level Security (OLS) and Row-Level Security (RLS) in Power BI
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
🔹 Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in SQL (Advanced)
- Expertise in Window Functions, Ranking Functions (RANK, DENSE_RANK)
- Proficiency in Power BI (Desktop & Service)
- Strong experience in Data Modeling (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema)
- Hands-on experience in DAX and Power Query
- Good understanding of database indexing and performance tuning
- Experience in data transformation and ETL processes
- Knowledge of data security concepts (OLS, RLS)
