🚀 Hiring: Senior Power BI Developer

🔎 Job Summary
The Senior Power BI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence dashboards and data visualization solutions that drive strategic decision-making. This role requires advanced technical skills, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
💼 Key Responsibilities
✔ : Senior Power BI Developer
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Transform raw data from multiple sourcesinto clear, actionable insights.
• Create custom visuals, measures, and calculated columns using DAX.
• Develop robust data models and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources using Power Query and other data
transformation tools.
• Optimize performance of Power BI reports and datasets.
• Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholdersforself-service reporting.
• Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with relevantstandards.
• Establish and maintain Power BI developmentstandards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and recommend processimprovements.
• Identify and resolve issuesrelated to Power BI performance, data inconsistencies, and system errors.
• Provide post-deploymentsupport and enhancements asrequired.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience: 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Power BI development.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), Power Query, and M
Language.
• Data Modeling: In-depth knowledge of data modeling concepts and experience with star schema, snowflake
schema, and normalized/denormalized data.
• Database Knowledge: Hands-on experience with SQL Server, SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services), SSIS (SQL
Server Integration Services), and relational databases.
• ETL Tools: Proficiency in ETL tools and processes for extracting, transforming, and loading data from multiple
sources.
• Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting skillsfor addressing data issues and
performance bottlenecks.
• Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate technical conceptsto non-technicalstakeholders
and lead requirements gathering sessions.
• Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft Power BI Certification, Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Associate, or
similar
🏆 Preferred Certifications:
Microsoft Power BI Certification / Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Associate (or equivalent)
