Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Portfolio Marketing to lead strategic brand positioning and portfolio marketing initiatives. This role will shape and communicate a compelling value story across internal and external audiences while driving cross-portfolio alignment, data-driven decision-making, and marketing innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Portfolio Strategy
- Lead strategic brand positioning and value storytelling
- Develop and evolve brand architecture, messaging, and creative strategy
- Drive alignment and prioritization across multi-brand campaigns
Insights, Analytics & Performance
- Deliver portfolio-level insights using data to inform strategy and optimize performance
- Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders
Marketing Innovation
- Champion adoption of AI-driven marketing and modern Martech solutions
- Drive continuous improvement and best practices across marketing initiatives
Campaign Execution
- Oversee development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns
- Manage agencies and internal teams to deliver high-impact outcomes
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Product Marketing, Communications, and Brand teams
- Influence senior stakeholders and drive best-in-class marketing practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience, including 7+ years in brand or portfolio marketing
- Experience managing multi-brand / cross-portfolio campaigns
- Strong expertise in brand strategy, messaging, and creative development
- Proven analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience with AI, Martech, or marketing innovation initiatives
- Excellent communication, stakeholder, and project management skills
- Experience in healthcare/pharma or regulated industries preferred
