Role Description The Senior Portfolio Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for managing and growing client real estate investment portfolios. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, assessing property performance, and recommending portfolio strategies aligned with clients’ risk and return objectives. The role involves coordinating with developers and internal teams to identify suitable residential, commercial, and industrial property opportunities, as well as overseeing transactions and portfolio rebalancing. The Senior Portfolio Manager will engage directly with clients to understand their financial goals, present investment proposals, and provide ongoing portfolio reviews. The role also includes monitoring regulatory and market developments, preparing reports and presentations, and contributing to overall business growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market data, property performance, and portfolio risk-return profiles.
- Solid Finance knowledge, including understanding of investment principles, valuation, and cash flow analysis.
- Proven experience in Portfolio Management within real estate or related investment domains.
- Expertise in Investments and Trading strategies relevant to property-based and broader investment portfolios.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Experience in real estate advisory, brokerage, or investment management, preferably in the Noida/NCR market.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
