Senior Political Advisor
The Senior Political Advisor will serve as a strategic liaison between the organization and key governmental and political entities. This role requires a leader with a deep-rooted understanding of the political landscape in Bharat, specifically within the BJP organization. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive network, established personal relationships, and seasoned diplomatic skills to advance the organization’s strategic initiatives, foster partnerships, and ensure seamless institutional coordination.
Key Qualifications & Eligibility Criteria
- Political Pedigree & Leadership: Must hold (or have recently held) a senior, highly influential organizational position within the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) at the national level, or be a former Union Minister, or a current/former Member of Parliament (MP).
- Geographical Baseline: Must be settled in Delhi, ensuring immediate availability and proximity to the center of government & party operations.
- Network & Influence: Possess robust, long-standing, and direct personal relationships with senior Union Ministers, top-tier political leadership, high-ranking bureaucrats (IAS/IPS/IFS officers), Top-industrialist, Religious Leader & Foreign Diplomats.
- Operational Mindset: Demonstrated ability to operate in a highly frugal, resource-optimized, and value-driven manner, maximizing high-impact outcomes without requiring bloated operational budgets.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Government Liaison & Coordination: Act as the conduit between the organization and the Central Secretariat, along with various government departments, to facilitate smooth operations and approvals.
- Institutional Networking & Capital Mobilization: Strategically position and expand the organization’s network within government circles to drive core projects, advocacy efforts, and institutional visibility. This includes actively pitching, navigating, and securing PSU CSR funds to strategically drive and scale the company's projects.
- High-Level Consultation: Conduct impactful consultations and high-level dialogue with policymakers, ministers, Political Leaders and senior administrative officials to align organization objectives with state priorities.
- Strategic Advisory & Frugal Execution: Provide actionable political intelligence, risk assessments, and strategic guidance to the organization's executive leadership regarding shifting policies and political dynamics, while pioneering cost-effective, grassroots-smart execution strategies.

पद विवरण (Job Description): वरिष्ठ राजनीतिक सलाहकार संगठन और प्रमुख सरकारी व राजनीतिक संस्थाओं के बीच एक रणनीतिक सेतु (Liaison) के रूप में कार्य करेंगे। इस भूमिका के लिए एक ऐसे नेतृत्वकर्ता की आवश्यकता है जिसके पास भारत के राजनीतिक परिदृश्य, विशेष रूप से भारतीय जनता पार्टी (BJP) के संगठनात्मक ढांचे की गहरी और बुनियादी समझ हो। योग्य उम्मीदवार संगठन की रणनीतिक पहलों को आगे बढ़ाने, साझेदारी को मजबूत करने और निर्बाध संस्थागत समन्वय सुनिश्चित करने के लिए अपने व्यापक नेटवर्क, स्थापित व्यक्तिगत संबंधों और परिपक्व राजनयिक कौशल का उपयोग करेंगे।
मुख्य योग्यताएं और पात्रता मानदंड (Key Qualifications & Eligibility Criteria)
- राजनीतिक पृष्ठभूमि और नेतृत्व (Political Pedigree & Leadership): राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर भारतीय जनता पार्टी (BJP) के भीतर एक वरिष्ठ और अत्यधिक प्रभावशाली संगठनात्मक पद पर कार्यरत हों (या हाल ही में रहे हों), या पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री रहे हों, अथवा वर्तमान या पूर्व संसद सदस्य (MP) हों।
- भौगोलिक स्थिति (Geographical Baseline): दिल्ली में स्थायी रूप से स्थापित होना अनिवार्य है, ताकि सरकार और पार्टी के संचालन केंद्रों तक तत्काल उपलब्धता और निकटता सुनिश्चित हो सके।
- नेटवर्क और प्रभाव (Network & Influence): वरिष्ठ केंद्रीय मंत्रियों, शीर्ष स्तरीय राजनीतिक नेतृत्व, उच्च पदस्थ नौकरशाहों (IAS/IPS/IFS अधिकारियों), शीर्ष उद्योगपतियों, धार्मिक नेताओं और विदेशी राजनयिकों के साथ सीधे, दीर्घकालिक और मजबूत व्यक्तिगत संबंध होने चाहिए।
- कार्यप्रणाली (Operational Mindset): अत्यधिक सीमित संसाधनों (Frugal) और मूल्य-संचालित तरीके से काम करने की प्रमाणित क्षमता हो, जो बिना किसी बड़े बजटीय खर्च के उच्च-प्रभाव वाले परिणाम दे सके।
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां (Core Responsibilities)
- रणनीतिक सरकारी संपर्क और समन्वय (Strategic Government Liaison & Coordination): सुचारू संचालन और आवश्यक मंजूरियों को सुविधाजनक बनाने के लिए संगठन और केंद्रीय सचिवालय (Central Secretariat) के साथ-साथ विभिन्न सरकारी विभागों के बीच एक मुख्य कड़ी के रूप में कार्य करना।
- संस्थागत नेटवर्किंग और पूंजी जुटाना (Institutional Networking & Capital Mobilization): मुख्य परियोजनाओं, नीतिगत वकालत (Advocacy) और संस्थागत दृश्यता को बढ़ावा देने के लिए सरकारी हलकों में संगठन के नेटवर्क का रणनीतिक विस्तार करना। इसमें कंपनी की परियोजनाओं को बड़े पैमाने पर चलाने के लिए PSU के CSR फंड को हासिल करने हेतु सक्रिय रूप से पिच करना और बातचीत करना शामिल है।
- उच्च स्तरीय परामर्श (High-Level Consultation): संगठन के उद्देश्यों को राष्ट्रीय प्राथमिकताओं के साथ जोड़ने के लिए नीति निर्माताओं, मंत्रियों, राजनीतिक नेताओं और वरिष्ठ प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों के साथ प्रभावशाली संवाद और उच्च स्तरीय परामर्श आयोजित करना।
- रणनीतिक सलाह और मितव्ययी क्रियान्वयन (Strategic Advisory & Frugal Execution): बदलती नीतियों और राजनीतिक घटनाक्रमों के संबंध में संगठन के कार्यकारी नेतृत्व (Executive Leadership) को सटीक राजनीतिक इनपुट, जोखिम मूल्यांकन और रणनीतिक मार्गदर्शन प्रदान करना; साथ ही जमीनी स्तर पर लागत प्रभावी और स्मार्ट क्रियान्वयन रणनीतियों का नेतृत्व करना।
