Senior PLEX ERP Functional Consultant (Spanish Fluent)
On-site Contract | Texas–Mexico Border Manufacturing Plants
We are hiring a senior PLEX Functional Consultant for an on-site engagement with a global automotive manufacturing client, based at manufacturing plants along the Texas–Mexico border (Coahuila region).
About the role
You will support an existing PLEX (Rockwell Automation) implementation at an automotive plant, working directly with plant teams to keep operations running smoothly and to identify process gaps and improvement areas. This is a hands-on functional role covering day-to-day support, gap analysis, and recommendations for future enhancements.
What we are looking for
• 5+ years of hands-on PLEX ERP functional experience in manufacturing (automotive preferred)
• Strong knowledge of core PLEX modules: production, inventory, quality, shipping/receiving, EDI
• Fluent Spanish and working English, both mandatory
• Experience conducting process/gap analysis and working directly with plant floor and management teams
• Willing to work on-site at plants on the Texas–Mexico border; candidates based in Texas border cities (San Antonio, Del Rio, Eagle Pass, Laredo) or nearby Mexican cities (Monterrey, Saltillo) are well placed; travel and stay support available
• Eligibility to work across the Texas–Mexico border for on-site assignments
Engagement details
• Initial 3 to 4 month contract with strong potential for extension into enhancement and rollout phases
• Start date: immediate
