Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Platform Systems Administrator based in Pune City. The Senior Platform Systems Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining enterprise-level platforms, ensuring their availability, performance, and security. This includes system monitoring and troubleshooting, infrastructure optimization, implementing updates and upgrades, and supporting system migrations and backups. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining technical documentation, and leading efforts to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications
- Expertise in platform administration, system monitoring, and performance optimization
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and disaster recovery planning
- Experience with systems architecture, cloud services, and integration of enterprise-level solutions
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, automation tools, and IT infrastructure management
- Ability to lead technical projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and adaptability
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as AWS, Azure, VMware, or ITIL are highly advantageous
- Prior experience in managing platforms for large-scale clients or enterprises is preferred
