The Senior Platform owner – Integration Services is heading the Payments Services Domain within the Payment Systems Platform unit. This entails working in Agile software development methodology and involves management of a number of subject matter experts including vendor teams. In this position he coordinates and manages various product teams that will consist of subject matter experts and drives successful delivery of projects in the area of Payments in line with quality, time and cost targets.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  1. Delivering the product/project within the timeframe and meets customer satisfaction.
  2. Perform appropriate level of stakeholder management across IT and clients
  3. Serve as highest project internal escalation level
  4. Ensure projects are aligned to and deliver against the Business objectives
  5. Ensure Compliance of project delivery to PMO, QMS, and Risk, Audit and architecture guidelines
  6. Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, in accordance with defined quality management practices, to achieve common objectives
  7. Ensure maintaining Data confidentiality
  8. IT Roadmap and Process Improvement
  9. Contribute to the yearly IT Roadmap ensuring that project costings and estimates are as accurate as possible
  10. Work with Business representative to ensure alignment of delivery with Business demand
  11. Leading the product teams in delivering world class platform solutions
  12. Ensuring value added proposition in strategic vendor partnerships and aligning vendor product / industry roadmap of platforms with the business strategy thus enabling an effective business growth


Required Qualifications:


  1. General banking and business area knowledge is necessary in order to steer necessary implementations according to bank strategy
  2. Experience in applying Agile implementation methodology along with corresponding project management methodology such as capacity planning, vendor management & medium scale development coordination
  3. Overview of current testing practices and infrastructure requirements relevant
  4. Expertise in relevant technology, implementation and use cases as well as deep knowledge of tools used in the bank specifically in the transactional areas in the scope of Payments.
  5. Knowledge in advanced technologies (APIs, middleware, messaging, ESB, microservice integrations, latest agentic tools) used in the customer experience platforms
  6. Strong Experience in integration technologies (MuleSoft, Tibco, IBM integration)
  7. Familiarity of messaging systems (Kafka, MQ)
  8. Understanding of Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI)
  9. Experience with Devops Practices, CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
  10. Strong understanding of security protocols (OAuth, JWT, SSL/TLS)
  11. Conceptual Thinking, Strategic Orientation, Team Leadership, Analytical Thinking, Innovation, Flexibility and Integrity
  12. Leadership experience with team size exceeding 10 – 15 team member
