Required Qualifications
- 11-15 years of enterprise Unified Communications engineering experience.
- Expert-level proficiency with Cisco CUCM, Unity Connection, SIP trunking, and Oracle SBC.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Teams Direct Routing.
- Advanced understanding of VoIP fundamentals (RTP, SRTP, codecs, QoS).
- Strong SIP ladder analysis and call flow troubleshooting capability.
- Experience managing TLS/SRTP encryption and certificate lifecycle.
- Experience with SSO and identity integrations.
- Strong understanding of ITIL change management and CAB processes.
- Experience operating within regulated financial services environments.
- Working knowledge of Python and Ansible for automation alignment.
- Experience developing and deploying solutions with Microsoft Power Platform. Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced L3/L4 engineering support across Cisco UC platforms (CUCM, Unity Connection, CER).
- Lead platform upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle management initiatives.
- Design and validate dial plan architecture, call routing logic, and redundancy models.
- Engineer and optimize Oracle SBC configurations and SIP trunk integrations.
- Support and validate Microsoft Teams Direct Routing integrations.
- Manage TLS/SRTP encryption and certificate lifecycle management.
- Implement and support SSO and identity integrations with enterprise authentication platforms.
- Support network-level troubleshooting including QoS, RTP flows, and call quality diagnostics.
- Review and approve production-impacting configuration changes.
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery design validation.
- Collaborate with automation engineers to modernize operational workflows.
