Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Planner with 5–6 years of professional experience to support planning, coordination, and execution across projects/operations. The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable plans while ensuring timelines, resources, and quality standards are met. This is a 5 day work from office position.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed plans, schedules, and forecasts aligned with business or project objectives
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams
- Track progress against plans and identify risks, delays, or deviations, recommending corrective actions
- Prepare and present planning reports, dashboards, and status updates to stakeholders and clients
- Manage resource planning and capacity planning to optimize utilization and efficiency
- Support budget planning, cost tracking, and variance analysis where applicable
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, processes, and quality requirements
- Use planning tools and systems to continuously improve planning accuracy and predictability
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices in planning methodologies
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong planning, scheduling, and coordination skills
- Proficiency in planning tools such as MS Excel, MS Project, Primavera, or ERP/MRP systems and latest AI tools.
- Solid analytical and problem solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail with a structured and methodical approach
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Management, Strategy and Planning (Preferred from MICA and similar institutes)
- 4– 6years of relevant experience in planning, scheduling, or coordination roles
- Experience working on tech, health care, bfsi and other categories
