โจ ๐๐ก๐๐ญ ๐๐จ๐ฎโ๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐๐จ:
โข Build and nurture strong corporate & industry relationships
โข Drive campus placements and internship opportunities
โข Prepare students for careers through training, mock interviews & guidance
โข Manage complete placement lifecycle and reporting
โข Organize job fairs, industry interactions & engagement activities
๐ฏ W๐ก๐จ ๐๐๐ง ๐๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ฒ:
โข MBA / PGDM (HR / Marketing / Operations / General Management) or equivalent
โข 5โ8 years of experience in placements / corporate relations / recruitment
โข Excellent communication, networking & leadership skills
