We are looking for a Senior PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC) /
ForgeRock Developer with strong hands-on experience in PingOne AIC journeys,
ForgeRock Access Management (AM / PingAM), and/or ForgeRock Identity
Management (IDM / PingIDM).
This role requires a senior independent developer who can design and
implement end-to-end CIAM journeys, build and customize authentication
flows, and develop custom nodes / scripted decision logic within PingOne
AIC. The candidate must be comfortable working directly on solution
delivery, troubleshooting issues, integrating with external systems, and
driving implementation with minimal supervision. AIC journey development,
scripting, and AM/IDM experience are the core requirements for this role.
PingOne Protect is a strong plus.
Must-have skills
* Strong recent hands-on experience with PingOne Advanced Identity
Cloud (AIC)
* Proven experience building journeys / authentication trees /
end-user flows
* Experience creating custom nodes, scripted decision nodes, and
server-side scripts
* Hands-on experience with ForgeRock AM / PingAM and/or ForgeRock IDM
/ PingIDM
* Solid development background with JavaScript, REST APIs, JSON,
integration patterns, and debugging
* Experience implementing CIAM use cases such as registration, login,
MFA, account recovery, profile management, progressive profiling, and
consent
* Ability to work independently and deliver hands-on implementation,
not just architecture or POV work
Good to have
* Experience with PingOne Protect
* Experience in large-scale B2C / CIAM programs
* Exposure to OIDC, OAuth2, SAML in the context of AIC solution
implementation
Profiles that are NOT a fit
* PingFederate-only candidates
* Profiles focused mainly on SSO federation, app onboarding, SAML/OIDC
setup, or PingAccess administration
* Candidates with only support / application onboarding exposure and
limited hands-on AIC development
Very important note:
Do not apply where the candidate's Ping experience is primarily
PingFederate. This is not a federation/SSO engineer role. We need a
developer with hands-on PingOne AIC journey development, custom scripting,
and AM/IDM experience in a CIAM setup
