Role Description The Senior Physiotherapist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Senior Physiotherapist will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions for a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological, pediatric, and geriatric conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed evaluations, supervising therapy sessions, monitoring progress, and adjusting treatment plans as needed. The role also involves mentoring junior physiotherapists, coordinating with multidisciplinary team members, educating patients and families on exercise programs and preventive care, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. The Senior Physiotherapist is expected to contribute to quality improvement initiatives and uphold high standards of clinical practice and patient experience.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills in physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis, and treatment across adult populations.
- Experience with rehabilitation planning, therapeutic exercise prescription, and use of manual therapy techniques.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and communicate clearly with patients and caregivers.
- Proficiency in maintaining clinical records, documenting treatment plans, and tracking patient outcomes.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution; valid professional registration or license as required.
- Several years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a senior or supervisory physiotherapy role.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice, ongoing professional development, and participation in training or educational activities.
- Strong organizational skills, ethical practice, and a patient-centered, compassionate approach to care.
