Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Senior Physiotherapist. The Senior Physiotherapist will assess, diagnose, and develop tailored treatment and rehabilitation programs for clients, focusing on improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing overall physical performance. The role involves managing patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, or post-surgical conditions, educating clients on injury prevention, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care. Administrative responsibilities may include maintaining accurate records and contributing to client care planning processes.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of physiotherapy principles, rehabilitation techniques, and injury prevention strategies
- Proficiency in assessing, diagnosing, and planning personalized treatment programs
- Excellent manual therapy, exercise therapy, and soft tissue manipulation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Strong organizational and documentation skills for maintaining detailed treatment notes
- Relevant degree in Physiotherapy with appropriate professional certification
- At least 5 years of clinical experience, preferably with a focus in musculoskeletal or sports rehabilitation
- Compassionate approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
- Proficiency in using physiotherapy-related technologies and equipment is an added advantage
