Role Description
The Senior Physiotherapist position is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. Responsibilities include assessing patients, creating tailored treatment plans, and delivering physiotherapy interventions to promote recovery and physical fitness. The role also involves monitoring patient progress, providing guidance on prevention techniques, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care. Additionally, the Senior Physiotherapist may provide mentorship to junior staff and contribute to continuous professional development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in physiotherapy techniques, rehabilitation programs, and manual therapy
- Strong skills in patient communication, assessment, and creating personalized care plans
- Experience with sports injury management and performance optimization is an advantage
- Knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and exercise science principles
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) from a recognized institution
- Relevant certifications in advanced physiotherapy or sports science are preferred
- A demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development
