Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Physiotherapist based in Navi Mumbai. The Senior Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing and treating clients with various physical conditions, designing and implementing personalized rehabilitation plans, and monitoring treatment progress. The role involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams, educating patients and caregivers on therapy plans, and ensuring compliance with medical protocols. The Senior Physiotherapist will also provide input on improving rehabilitation strategies and contribute to enhancing patient outcomes.
Qualifications
Prior Team handling experience
- Expertise in physiotherapy assessment, treatment planning, and implementation
- In-depth knowledge of rehabilitation for neurological, orthopedic, and geriatric conditions, including stroke, spine, and brain injuries
- Proficiency in patient education, caregiver consultation, and post-discharge therapy plans
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in an on-site, hands-on care environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (MPT) from a recognized institution
- National or state-level physiotherapy licensure or certification
- Prior experience in a rehabilitation or healthcare facility is highly desirable
