Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Physiotherapist located in Bengaluru. The Senior Physiotherapist will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a variety of physical conditions and musculoskeletal issues. Responsibilities include developing and implementing customized treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, providing rehabilitation guidance, and educating patients on preventive practices. The role involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and mentoring junior staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Profound knowledge of physiotherapy practices, techniques, and patient assessments
- Exceptional skills in rehabilitation planning and implementing therapy programs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient interaction and education
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT), with preference given to candidates holding a Master's degree (MPT)
- Relevant certification or licenses required to practice as a physiotherapist
- Prior experience in a clinical or hospital setting, with a focus on musculoskeletal and sports injuries
- Passion for patient care and a commitment to professional growth and evidence-based practices
