Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Physical Therapist for a full-time, on-site role located in Pune City. The responsibilities include evaluating and developing personalized therapy plans, providing physical therapy treatment, supervising rehabilitation sessions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create optimal care outcomes. The role also involves educating patients and their families about therapeutic techniques and ensuring continuity of care for patients transitioning to home care.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation methodologies
- Strong background in Pediatrics
- Experience in a clinical setup
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with children and their families
- Relevant licensure or certification in Physical Therapy
- Proven track record of handling pediatric cases is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
