Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The Job Title will be responsible for contributing to semiconductor-related projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting the delivery of high-quality solutions for global customers. Daily activities may include analyzing requirements, participating in design and review sessions, preparing documentation, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met. The role involves problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, maintaining clear communication with team members, and adhering to industry standards and organizational best practices. The Job Title is expected to proactively identify improvements, support innovation initiatives, and uphold THINSIL’s commitment to technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong technical foundation in electronics, semiconductor engineering, computer engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5+years of experience in semiconductor field.
- Experience with industry-standard semiconductor tools, workflows, or methodologies (e.g., design, verification, testing, or related processes).
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems, propose solutions, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills for documentation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a closely related field.
- Previous experience in semiconductor or electronics domain, particularly with global clients, is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a team-oriented environment, manage time effectively, and meet project deadlines.
- Commitment to continuous learning, adaptability to new tools and processes, and adherence to inclusive, ethical workplace practices.
