10+ Years in Physical Design

📍 Locations

🇮🇳 India – Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad

🇺🇸 USA – San Jose (Bay Area), Austin

Eligibility for USA roles:

✔ U.S. Permanent Residents (Green Card holders)

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Electronics / Electrical / Telecom / VLSI Engineering.

• 10+ years of experience in Physical Design using mainstream P&R tools.

💡 Key Responsibilities

• Work on advanced node designs (10nm / 7nm / 5nm and below)

• Solve complex design challenges to achieve performance, area, and power targets

• Develop and improve P&R flows and methodologies (Placement, CTS, Routing)

• Provide technical guidance and training to customers

🛠 Required Skills

✔ Strong expertise in Place & Route flow (Placement, CTS, Routing, Timing Optimization)

✔ Experience in Hierarchical Designs / Low Power Implementation

✔ Knowledge of Synthesis and RTL interaction

✔ Expertise in Floor planning, Macro Placement, Power Grid & Padring

✔ Hands-on experience in Static Timing Analysis (STA)

✔ Understanding of Physical Verification (DRC / LVS / DFM / Chip Finishing)
