Job Title: Senior Full Stack PHP Developer

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack PHP Developer with 8+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both backend and frontend technologies, along with hands-on experience in PHP (5.6 and above, including PHP 7.x/8.x), modern JavaScript frameworks, and system design principles.
A solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and performance optimization is essential. Experience in compliance-driven or audit-based systems will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack web applications using PHP and modern frontend technologies
- Lead backend development using PHP (5.6+) including PHP 7.x and 8.x
- Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
- Architect end-to-end solutions with a focus on scalability, security, and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Mentor junior developers and actively participate in code reviews
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in PHP development with full stack exposure
- Strong proficiency in PHP 5.6+ including PHP 7.x/8.x
- Expertise in frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JS frameworks (React/Angular/Vue)
- Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and system design
- Hands-on experience with MySQL or other relational databases
- Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Proficiency in MVC frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony
- Experience with version control tools like Git
- Strong knowledge of web security best practices and performance optimization
- Experience with development environments such as XAMPP, Docker, etc.
Good to Have
- Experience working on CRM, ERP, or SaaS-based platforms
- Exposure to audit management tools or compliance-driven applications
- Knowledge of microservices architecture
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
