Role Description
We are hiring a Pharmacovigilance Consultant to help design and build AI-native PV workflows.
This is not a routine PV role. You will work at the intersection of drug safety, systems design, and AI implementation.
- Convert PV processes into scalable AI systems.
- Define end-to-end workflows.
- Translate user needs into system logic.
- Identify gaps and redesign workflows for automation.
Experience:
10–15 years in PV with:
- Multi-database exposure
- End-to-end workflow understanding
- Experience in system implementation, migration, or workflow design.
- Deep awareness of current PV workflow gaps and inefficiencies.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, build-from-scratch environments.
- Ability to understand and translate business/user requirements into structured workflows.
