THE ROLE:
We're looking for a Senior Performance Marketer who lives and breathes Meta Ads for D2C brands. Not someone who manages campaigns, someone who engineers growth. You'll own a portfolio of brands end-to-end: strategy, structure, creative direction, scaling decisions, and client relationships.
You know the difference between a campaign that spends and a campaign that scales. You've seen what happens when creative and media buying work together. And you don't wait to be told when something needs to change.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN:
- Own Meta Ads performance end-to-end for a portfolio of D2C brands — ROAS, CAC, MER, and revenue, not just spend
- Lead campaign architecture: ABO, CBO, ASC, retargeting — and make the call on structure, not just execution
- Drive creative strategy: define hooks, angles, and formats, brief the creative team, and test with a clear hypothesis every time
- Make scaling decisions : when to push, when to pull back, and when to kill - with confidence and clear reasoning
- Own client communication: run performance reviews, flag issues before clients do, and make them feel their brand is in expert hands
- Proactively identify what's breaking, what's working, and what to do next -without being asked
- Reference winning creatives across D2C categories and bring fresh angles to every account
- Mentor the team members through QA, feedback, and account reviews
YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF:
- You have 2 to 4 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience, with at least a significant portion in D2C
- You have independently managed monthly spends of ₹5L+ on Meta and can show what happened to the brands you worked on
- You think in creative strategy: hooks, angles, formats, and why one ad works while another doesn't
- You can read a Meta Ads account and diagnose what's wrong within minutes — creatives, structure, audience, or offer
- You've worked at a performance agency or in-house at a D2C brand — you understand the pace and the stakes
- You treat client ad budgets like they're your own money, because that's what accountability actually means
