Hiring: Senior Performance Marketing & SEO Executive

Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across Meta and Google with strong focus on ROI and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta & Google Ads
Manage full-funnel performance (Awareness → Conversion → Retargeting)
Improve key metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR, and Conversions
Run A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
Analyze data and generate actionable insights
Coordinate with creative and web teams for performance improvement
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
Requirements
3–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
Strong expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads
Experience managing ₹50L+ monthly budgets
Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach
Experience with GA4, Pixel & Conversion Tracking
Prior D2C / E-commerce experience preferred
