About the RoleWe are a New York-based marketing agency working with growth-focused brands across industries. We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager who brings a strong analytical mindset and can translate data into actionable growth strategies.
This role is heavily focused on analytics, reporting, and campaign optimisation, with content writing being a small, performance-driven component related primarily to ad copy.
Key Responsibilities- Lead performance marketing across Google Ads and Meta Ads with a strong focus on data-driven decision making
- Analyse campaign performance across key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates
- Build and maintain clear performance reports and dashboards using tools like Google Sheets or Looker Studio
- Translate campaign data into actionable insights and optimisation strategies
- Manage campaign budgets and scaling decisions based on performance trends
- Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives, and messaging to improve performance
- Ensure proper tracking, attribution, and campaign measurement (pixels, conversion tracking, analytics tools)
- Write and optimise basic performance-focused ad copy (headlines, primary text, CTAs) for campaigns when required
- Work with creative teams to ensure ad messaging aligns with performance insights and audience behaviour
Requirements- 5–6+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience preparing client-ready performance reports and insights
- Understanding of funnels, audience targeting, attribution, and campaign optimisation
- Ability to write clear, concise, conversion-oriented ad copy for paid campaigns
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple campaigns independently
Nice to Have- Experience with Looker Studio or other data visualisation tools
- Familiarity with Google Analytics
- Experience working with US-based clients or marketing agencies
