About the Role
We’re looking for a growth operator who can own revenue and performance end-to-end not someone who only manages ads.
This is a high-ownership role where you’ll lead acquisition, retention, attribution, and scaling across our D2C growth ecosystem.
⚠️ Mandatory Requirement
Previous D2C / eCommerce brand experience is required.
Agency only experience without direct D2C ownership will not be considered.
What You’ll Own
• Meta & Google Ads scaling
• Acquisition and retargeting strategy
• Attribution and tracking systems
• Creative testing frameworks
• Landing page conversion optimization
• Catalog and feed management
• Lifecycle and retention marketing
• Revenue efficiency across the funnel
What We’re Looking For
• 4+ years in performance marketing
• Proven experience scaling D2C brands
• Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, MER & contribution margins
• Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, GTM & Shopify
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to operate independently and drive results

• Premium or luxury brands
• Sports, fashion, or collectibles
• High AOV products
• Launch/drop-based business models
