Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5 to 12 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads.
- Experience in lead generation campaigns (mandatory).
- Deep understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and UTM parameters.
- Strong analytical mindset and data interpretation skills.
- Experience managing monthly ad budgets of 5L+ preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis.
Role Overview
We are seeking a data-driven and growth-oriented Senior Performance Marketing Executive to lead and optimize our paid marketing initiatives across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality leads, improving ROI, and scaling performance campaigns through strategic planning, execution, and continuous optimization.
Experience in the Education sector (Ed-Tech / Higher Education / Admissions marketing) will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop funnel-based marketing strategies focused on lead generation and application conversions.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and reduce CPL.
2. Performance Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize based on key KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS, Lead App conversion).
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Improve quality score, CTR, and conversion rates across platforms.
3. Lead Quality & Funnel Management
- Work closely with CRM and admissions teams to track lead-to-application conversion.
- Implement tracking systems (UTMs, Pixels, CRM integrations).
- Optimize campaigns based on application quality, not just volume.
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4, Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards.
- Provide actionable insights for growth and scaling.
5. Creative & Landing Page Collaboration
- Collaborate with the design and content teams for high-performing ad creatives.
- Suggest improvements in landing page structure and conversion flow.
- Work on performance-driven messaging.
