Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Executive to lead and scale our digital growth initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, ideal for someone passionate about fashion, lifestyle, and data-driven marketing.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven digital campaigns across paid platforms, with a strong focus on ROI, customer acquisition, and brand visibility. Working closely with creative, content, and e-commerce teams, you will drive impactful campaigns that resonate with a fashion-forward audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid platforms
- Manage media budgets, track spend, and ensure strong ROI and ROAS
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, ad dashboards, and reporting platforms
- Identify insights, trends, and growth opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with creative and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness for fashion and lifestyle collections
- Implement and oversee SEO, SEM, and retargeting strategies
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize creatives, audiences, and funnels
- Prepare regular performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders
Qualifications & Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Campaign Management
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising platforms
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, performance tracking, and campaign reporting
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital budgeting strategies
- Proven ability to plan, optimize, and scale paid campaigns effectively
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven approach
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in fashion, lifestyle, luxury retail, or e-commerce brands is preffered.
- Exposure to high-volume campaigns, seasonal launches, and collection-based marketing
- Experience working with creative teams in visually driven industries
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
