Job Title: Senior Performance Marketing Executive
Location: Mumbai
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly strategic and performance-oriented Senior Performance Marketing Executive to lead and scale our digital acquisition efforts. This role will be responsible for driving full-funnel growth through data-driven paid media strategies, managing large-scale budgets, and leading cross-channel campaign execution. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with creative thinking to maximize ROI, improve efficiency, and unlock new growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the overall paid media strategy across channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms).
- Lead end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and optimization with a strong focus on ROI, scalability, and growth.
- Manage and allocate substantial advertising budgets effectively across channels and campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates.
- Implement advanced A/B and multivariate testing strategies across creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to generate actionable insights and performance forecasts.
- Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and audience segments to expand acquisition efforts.
- Collaborate closely with creative, content, product, and sales teams to align messaging with business goals and funnel stages.
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track performance, communicate insights, and guide decision-making.
- Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Mentor and guide junior team members or executives, ensuring best practices and continuous learning.
- Work with external agencies and partners when required to scale campaigns efficiently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 2–7 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media roles.
- Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns and delivering measurable growth.
- Deep expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategy.
- Experience with attribution models, conversion tracking, and marketing analytics frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management abilities with attention to detail and execution excellence.
