- This role is strictly for candidates with prior hands-on experience managing Google Ads and/or Meta Ads campaigns.
- Freshers or candidates without relevant PPC experience will not be considered for this role.
About The Role
ViralChilly is looking for a passionate and motivated PPC Executive with at least 1 year of experience in IT or Digital Marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, along with a strong understanding of campaign management, targeting, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies for better ROI.
- Handle campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, and conversion tracking.
- Perform A/B testing and remarketing campaigns to improve lead quality and conversions.
- Analyze PPC metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and Quality Score.
- Work on lead generation and conversion-focused performance marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve campaign performance and landing page effectiveness.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of PPC campaign management and optimization.
- Knowledge of audience targeting, conversion tracking, and campaign reporting.
- Ability to independently handle live campaigns with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of ROI-driven marketing strategies.
Bonus Skills
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency or IT company.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and programmatic advertising.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Experience handling international or multi-region campaigns.
