Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer, located in Indore. The person will be responsible for creating and managing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing web analytics, and optimizing online marketing efforts. Daily tasks include monitoring digital marketing performance, conducting market research, and creating engaging content for various digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in Meta ads and Google ads (performance marketing)
• Experience handling high budgets (₹5 lacs+ per month) and scaling campaigns.
• Proficiency in Web Analytics and data interpretation
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to create compelling content and develop marketing strategies
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience with marketing tools and platforms like WordPress (Elementor), Email Marketing tools, WhatsApp Marketing tools, Automation tools, Canva or other designing tools, payment gateways, etc.

Job Details

• Salary offered - ₹35,000 to ₹40,000 per month
• Timings - 10 am to 7 pm
• Working - Monday to Saturday
• Job Location - Sapna Sangeeta Road, Indore, Madhya Pradesh
