We are looking for a relentless, data-driven Growth Architect who understands the entire customer journey from the first impression to the third purchase. If you know how to marry hard data with witty, narrative-driven creative, and you prefer building trust-led growth over spammy transaction hacking, we need to talk.
What You’ll Be Doing (The Real Work):
- Full-Funnel Curation: You won’t just run ads; you will architect and manage the entire top-to-bottom funnel for a portfolio of diverse D2C brands.
- Omnichannel Mastery (with an AI edge): Dominate Meta and Google Ads. More importantly, you know how to integrate the latest AI automations for bidding, scaling, and audience targeting so we aren't relying on manual grunt work.
- Shopify & CRO Wizardry: You know that a great ad is useless if the landing page leaks traffic. You will guide structural changes in Shopify, run A/B tests, and integrate the right tools to squeeze every drop of conversion out of our traffic.
- Creative-Led Reporting: You don't just report numbers; you report insights. You can look at a failing ad, tell us exactly why the hook didn't land, and give actionable, sharp feedback to the creative team to fix it.
- Owning the LTV (Post-Purchase Journey): Acquisition is only half the battle. You will map out, build, and optimize WhatsApp automations and post-purchase email flows that turn one-time buyers into loyal brand advocates.
Who You Are:
- You’ve been in the D2C trenches. You know what it takes to scale a brand in today’s chaotic ad ecosystem.
- You are highly analytical but deeply appreciate minimalist, outlawish, and high-impact creative.
- You don't just follow "best practices"—you test them, break them, and build better ones.
- You communicate clearly, take ownership of the numbers, and operate with zero excuses.
