One of Client Looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Performance Marketer to drive and optimize our advertising campaigns across diverse channels, including D2C, marketplace, and quick commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the overall campaign strategy across all platforms, defining targeting, bidding models, audience architecture, creative approaches, and budget allocation.
- Lead the team in research, brief creation, and ensure flawless execution of campaigns, stepping in hands-on for high-stakes initiatives or new platform launches.
- Manage and optimize campaign performance across all channels, focusing on ROAS, ACOS, CAC, and revenue targets, providing daily and weekly optimization inputs.
- Build and maintain monthly and quarterly media plans, including platform-wise budget allocation, ROAS assumptions, and revenue forecasts, while maintaining a 90% projection hit rate.
- Analyze blended ROAS across channels, considering contribution margin, repeat purchase rates, and new-to-brand ratios to inform projections and budget reallocation decisions.
- Conduct regular competitor monitoring across platforms, analyzing ad strategies, keywords, creative angles, and pricing promotions, and integrating findings into campaign strategies.
- Oversee a structured weekly and monthly performance reporting cadence, providing clear data-driven insights to management and the Account Manager.
- Direct and train junior team members, providing feedback and building SOPs to ensure consistent execution quality and team self-sufficiency.
- Proactively test new ad formats, beta features, and emerging platforms, documenting learnings and making forward-looking recommendations.
- Review and audit all factors impacting ad performance and conversion, including content quality and listing relevancy, and brief relevant teams for improvement.
- Manage budget planning, allocation, and reallocation based on performance, delivering ramp-up plans for new brand onboarding and data-backed scale recommendations.
- Ensure ad targeting is tightly aligned with listing content and search intent, identifying and correcting relevancy mismatches.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience of 5+ years in performance marketing, with a focus on D2C, marketplace, or quick commerce channels.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience across all listed advertising platforms.
- Expert-level proficiency in using tools such as Perpetua, Amazon Pi, Flipkart Lens, and Flipkart Nxt Insight.
- Strong understanding of attribution models and fluency with GA4 and Amazon Attribution.
- Ability to analyze blended ROAS and contribution margin to inform strategic decisions.
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding projection targets.
- Experience in directing a team and building execution SOPs.
