#Hiring: Senior People Tech DevOps – SAP SuccessFactors
Location: Remote
Experience: 9+ Years
Certification: Active SAP SuccessFactors Certification (Mandatory)
We are looking for a Senior People Tech DevOps Consultant with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors & HCM, who has delivered at least 1 end-to-end implementation project.
Key Requirements:
✔ 9+ years of overall experience in HCM / HR Technology
✔ 5+ years in SAP SuccessFactors
✔ Active SAP SuccessFactors Certification (EC / RCM / PMGM / LMS or relevant module)
✔ Experience in full lifecycle implementation (Blueprint → Go-Live → Hypercare)
✔ Strong understanding of EC, Integrations, Business Rules, Workflows, RBP
✔ DevOps exposure – CI/CD, release management, transport management
✔ Experience in production support & continuous improvement
✔ Knowledge of integrations with SAP S/4HANA, Payroll, or third-party systems
Responsibilities:
Drive technical delivery & DevOps governance for SuccessFactors landscape
Manage releases, deployments, and change management
Ensure system stability, compliance, and performance
Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders
Support upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives
