🚀 Hiring Alert | Epicor ERP Support Specialist 🚀
We're looking for an experienced Epicor ERP Support Specialist to join our growing team!
📍 Location: Open
💼 Experience: 5–8 Years
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Provide technical & functional support for Epicor ERP (E10/Kinetic)
✅ Troubleshoot issues across Finance, Manufacturing, Inventory, Sales & Purchasing modules
✅ Develop & maintain BAQs, BPMs, SSRS Reports, Dashboards & Customizations
✅ Support ERP upgrades, patches & system enhancements
✅ Ensure data integrity and perform data audits & cleanup
✅ Conduct user training and prepare system documentation
✅ Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain & IT teams
✅ Coordinate with Epicor Support and third-party vendors for escalations
Required Skills:
✔️ 5–8 years of hands-on experience with Epicor ERP (E10/Kinetic preferred)
✔️ Strong knowledge of Finance, Manufacturing, Inventory & Order Management modules
✔️ Expertise in BAQs, BPMs, SSRS Reports, Dashboards & Epicor Customization Tools
✔️ Strong SQL and relational database skills
✔️ Experience supporting manufacturing or distribution environments
✔️ Excellent problem-solving, communication and documentation skills
Preferred Skills:
⭐ Experience with Epicor Kinetic UI & REST APIs
⭐ ERP implementation, upgrade or migration experience
⭐ Knowledge of C#, Power BI or automation tools
- ⭐ Understanding of BOMs, Routings, MRP & Production Scheduling
