Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a PCB Designer with 8+ years of experience and a Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
  • The role involves handling end-to-end PCB design, including requirements, stack-up, routing, reviews, and manufacturing release.
  • The candidate must be skilled in designing rigid, flex, and rigid‑flex PCBs, including HDI and high-layer-count boards.
  • Strong expertise in high‑speed and mixed‑signal layouts such as DDRx, PCIe, USB, Ethernet, SerDes, and sensitive analog/power sections is required.
  • Deep knowledge of SI/PI principles, including impedance control, decoupling, return paths, and via optimization, is essential.
  • The role requires close collaboration with EE, SI/PI, Mechanical (ECAD-MCAD), Test, and Manufacturing teams.
  • The candidate should ensure DFM/DFT/DFR compliance, including test‑points, JTAG, thermal, EMI/EMC, and manufacturability guidelines.
  • Experience preparing fabrication/assembly drawings, stack-ups, impedance tables, and BOM documents is important.
  • Proficiency in Cadence Allegro/OrCAD, Mentor Xpedition, or Altium Designer, along with good documentation and communication skills, is mandatory.
  • Additional experience with SI/PI simulation tools, RF/power layouts, scripting automation, reliability standards, and material selection is considered a strong advantage.
  • good knowledge on hardware skills and circuit design
  • experience in board bring-up, Board testing and soldering
  • Good knowledge on handling testing instruments like power supplies, oscilloscope, impedance analyser

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • FPGA and RTL coding language is added advantage

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and communication Engineering or a related field.
