Role Description
We are seeking a Senior PCB Engineer for a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. The Senior PCB Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing PCB schematics and layouts, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and conducting thorough design reviews. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage product lifecycle processes, and troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in PCB designs. The role will involve optimizing power distribution, signal integrity, and thermal performance for complex embedded system designs.
Qualifications
- Experience in PCB schematic capture, layout design, and multi-layer board design
- Proficiency in using PCB design tools such as Altium, Cadence Allegro, or Mentor Graphics
- Knowledge of signal integrity, power integrity, and thermal management
- Familiarity with DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly) standards
- Experience in embedded systems and electronic product development
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills related to PCB designs
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
- Experience in the IoT domain or similar high-tech industries is advantageous
