Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Payroll Specialist role based in Bengaluru. The Senior Payroll Specialist will manage and process payroll operations, handle employee wage garnishments, ensure accurate payroll tax filings, and oversee payroll services and compliance. Daily responsibilities include maintaining payroll records, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with relevant departments for accurate financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing
- Experience with Payroll Taxes and compliance
- Understanding of Garnishment processing and related procedures
- Knowledge of Payroll Services, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in payroll software and tools, as well as MS Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field preferred
- 5 to 8 years of experience in payroll operations, preferably in a senior role
