Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar for a Payroll Specialist. The Payroll Specialist will manage and oversee payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees. Day-to-day responsibilities will include handling payroll administration, processing payroll, managing garnishments, ensuring compliance with payroll tax regulations, and providing payroll-related services. The role involves collaboration with various departments to maintain accurate employee records and resolve payroll-related inquiries.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing
- Strong knowledge of Payroll Taxes and compliance regulations
- Experience managing Garnishments and providing Payroll Services
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Proficiency in payroll software and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage tight deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy
- Relevant certification in payroll management or equivalent is a plus
