🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s in Finance / Accounting / Commerce / HR
👤 Reporting To: GM – Operations
🔍 Role Snapshot
You will take ownership of end-to-end payroll, statutory compliance, and invoicing—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth financial operations.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
âś” Manage end-to-end payroll processing (monthly/bi-weekly)
âś” Handle attendance, leave encashment, bonuses & F&F settlements
âś” Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, LWF & TDS
âś” Manage tax filings & statutory returns
âś” Generate and reconcile client/vendor invoices
âś” Maintain payroll data accuracy and financial integrity
💡 What We’re Looking For
🔹 4+ years in Payroll & Compliance role
🔹 Strong knowledge of EPFO, ESIC & Income Tax regulations
🔹 Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
🔹 Experience with payroll tools like ADP / Saral / Zoho / Tally
🔹 High attention to detail with a zero-error mindset
🔹 Strong analytical and confidentiality standards
