Job details:
A qualified and Registered Patent Agent required with at least 5 years of post qualification professional working experience (not internships). As a minimum, the candidate should also have a Master's degree in any science subject and must be able to independently perform the following tasks:
Filing national phase PCT applications, conducting patent searches; drafting patent claims and specifications, drafting response to FER's, pre-grant and post grant oppositions, attending hearings before the Indian Patent Office and all associated administrative tasks.
Applications will be assessed to a high standard and applicant's are advised to apply only if they are competent and experienced in the practice of Patent Law.
Remuneration: Competitive and as per industry standards
Working days and hours: Monday to Saturday - 9.30 am to 5.30 pm
