We’re Hiring: Senior Pastry & Confectionery Chef 👨🍳🍰
At Lakeview, we’ve been serving iconic desserts and ice creams in Bangalore for decades—and we’re now building the next phase of the brand with stronger innovation, scale, and consistency across our outlets.
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Pastry & Confectionery Chef who can bring creativity to the table while delivering excellence in a high-volume production environment.
What you’ll do:
* Develop innovative desserts, pastries, and confectionery products aligned with the Lakeview brand
* Drive consistency and quality across central production and multiple outlets
* Lead, train, and manage a growing kitchen team
* Build efficient systems, standardize recipes, and improve processes
What we’re looking for:
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
* Strong technical skills in pastry & confectionery
* Experience in team management and production environments
* A balance of creativity and execution
